How we guarantee your eBay auction winnings: We make a reservation in our name and then list it on eBay.  Once you, the successful bidder, pays (usually by PayPal, with no cost to the sender), the resort is given your name and address. Within a couple of days, your name is posted to our reservation on our online Owners account.  We then e-mail the good news to you.  A guest certificate confirmation from the resort will arrive in the mail at your address in 7-10 business days.   

All you will need at check-in is a photo ID and a credit card impression for any damages or incidentals--i.e. activity center fees, LD calls, restaurant charges, etc.   (Local  and Toll Free calls are free.)

Clarity strikes! The resorts cater to all your needs. Some are completely self-contained, villages unto themselves.

You may never want nor need to leave the resort, because there is no shortage of activities at recreation centers (tennis, 18-hole and miniature golf, horseback riding, swimming, handball, exercise rooms, and more); activity centers for individual or family entertainment; scheduled children’s programs; restaurants; or souvenir and grocery shopping.

Once you’ve decided what you want, we make your reservations in our name through our authorized access.  After your payment is received, a guest certificate in your name is issued.  You will receive your e-mail and/or snail mail certificate and you’re set to go.

WRINKLES: Seein’s believin’, so here is how you can calculate the cost of the resort and unit  you select. (You’re gonna like this...it’s so easy.)

Scene III: Blinding light floods the setting, then dims, as the warm glow of a thought cloud forms center stage. [Background:   lightning crackles, thunder peals...you know the drill.]   Revelation! ... but by no means Armageddon!

WRINKLES: First of all, our charge to you for rental is determined by how many “points” the resort charges us. When you place your reservation with us, you will be provided the EXACT amount--NO additional costs, NO hidden fees, and NO taxes.

Each property has its own  established Points Chart for each condo, based upon season, size of unit, and duration of stay.  Note: Reservations more than 60 days from check-in date are charged to us at full price. Also, Friday and Saturday nights are usually almost double the points.

To make calculating easy, generally regard each “point” as one cent ($ .01). Example: 40,000 points equals $400.00. 

Now divide that figure IN HALF.  That’s it...your only cost for available 60-day-out reservations.

For other vacations dates and locations beyond our half price auctions, just drop us an e-mail with your wishes. Do remember, however, that we are charged full points for these reservations, which will be reflected in your total cost.

Important note: Keep watching our eBay auctions for new listings, or contact us with your any-Fairfield-location request shortly before that 60-day window so that we can add you to our “wish list” for discounted available inventory.
